I have a wild hair today. A burning desire that kept me up most of the night. I am going to do something to my hair today. Something drastic. I cannot live with it any longer.

I'm going to attempt to see a stylist (instead of my usual walk-in $13 place) and get this wirey bush chopped off. And I am going to see about going platinum.

Mid life crisis anyone? lol

It's done! I got a funky little cut with highlights and lowlights - I'm more white blonde around my face now. She styled it with this wax I'm not too sure about, I feel sticky, but I'm ready to go wash and play around with it, see what it'll do.

It's an improvement, any change would have been. I feel better.

Last Saturday we went to a tailgate party the station had before the REO concert. We were hoping to win tickets, but no such luck. I got a little too smashed anyway. They had karaoke and I finally got up there and sang... my first time ever karaoke-ing. lol

Well... I hate to admit that after I did the first one, Pat Benetar's "Heartbreaker", I got so nervy (read: drunk) that I followed up with REO's "Can't Fight This Feeling" and finished the evening off with Bonnie Raitt's "I Can't Make You Love Me." giggle
