Is her chest congested? Phlegm? Or is the throat just scratchy still from the sore throat.

I hover in the low 180's....anywhere from 181 to 184. My lowest was 180.5, but I havent been worrying about it too much lately. I have cut out a lot of sweets and stuff, but do occasionally indulge.

I did go from a 36 in waist back down to a 34....and they're not tight. Had to get a new belt too when I bought two new pair of 34 inch jeans. They certainly do accentuate my new tight muscular thighs and buttocks. And my newly developing man boobs are gone too.

She's not congested with sinus or head congestion. I think it's her lungs, irritated from the mild cough. Which is why we'd had the inhaler in the past. It's just been so long since she's needed it that I didn't even think of it - she did.

It sure feels nice to get clothes a size smaller.

It doesn't feel so good when all the new clothes are too fucking tight to wear anymore.

If I can get down to my 172 goal, I'll go down to a 32....then i"ll have the 34's to grow back into.

It's tough watching your babies be sick. i know you'd trade places with her in a heartbeat.

I'm 6'0" 165. I'd like to get up to a toned 170 though. At leat the soft 165 I'm at now is healthier that the 155 I was at a few months ago. How many people you know that try to figure out how to gain weight?

I read Spain is worried about a bit of their own breaking off so they are hedging about recognizing. And of course Russia is breaking up.

It's hard for me to understand the appeal of a small region trying to break off on their own. It's a big, bad world out there. I'm very, very happy to be sitting under the USA umbrella. Then again, I guess I'm not oppressed in any way by the federal gov'ment (fusty's arguments aside). But what makes these people think things will be any better under new management? Tribal, I tells ya, tribal.

I believe we had a small altercation of our own a while back, with some of our own states wanting to break off and be independent. I believe the phrase "world peace" should be banned from the lexicon.....because it's like trying to exceed the speed of light....it's never gonna happen.
