I heard back from the classmate I sent a note to at classmates.com. Perhaps my $15 wasn't wasted after all. He still lives in the area where I grew up so maybe he'll pass the word around. At any rate, I made a connection with someone today.

He asked about my church and said he was 'very active' in the church and was helping start a new church. So now that I told him I consider myself agnostic I may never hear from him again, lol.

That's kinda funny in a sad way. It's a stupid reason to stop talking to someone.

Anywho... I was up until 6am writing my annotated bibliography. I ran into a few "bumps," such as not having as many sources as I thought I had, and having to start over because I changed my thesis. I'm kinda tired right now, and I still have to do 2 lab reports before 3 so I can leave and still get to English by 3:55 and buy a scantron for my poli sci test right after. Somebody shoot me.

Actually he already wrote back so I guess he's ok with it.

An urban myth holds that application of ChapStick down the side of the Scantron sheet where the machine marks incorrect answers will result in a perfect score, at least on that side of the form. There is no compelling evidence that this really works; many students have tried it to no avail.

Thanksgiving break for me starts Wednesday at 12pm - the university says so. So until then, I'm stuck with work out the anus because of all the profs trying to cram in everything before our 4 day weekend. It doesn't make any sense to me, but for some reason, Thanksgiving means "get your shit done before the break" to all the teachers. Fortunately, I'll be done after the test today. Unfortunately, the test is at 5:30 and I haven't studied.
