Thursday 11-15-07

Sorry for not being around so much lately. I've been pretty busy with school... and WoW, but right now it's school. At the moment, I'm going over some notes so I might be a little prepared for the o-chem test today. After I'm done looking over notes I'll have to write up a rough draft for my annotated bibliography... all 6-7 pages of it. Yeah... that'll happen. I might get about 3 or 4 pages if im lucky for the draft. I need to go to the library to find more sources. For now I'll have to use the online databases through the library's website and find scholarly journals that are in electronic format already.

Next week I have a physics test on tuesday, and the final draft of the bibliography is due, then the week after that I have a government test. Then there's finals! I'm so excited!

Ack! And my mom's b-day is on Thanksgiving day. I've got to get a card. What do you guys think: funny card or serious?

I like either kind of card but the best part is if there's any kind of note written along with it instead of just a "Love, kidname" even if it's just "I'm glad I get to see you on your birthday" "Thanksgiving is perfect for your birthday because I'm always thankful you're my mom" "you're the best" "thanks for doing my laundry" or whatever.

You don't know how lucky you are to have any online sources. Think of us poor slubs that went to school in the dark ages.

My new employer is going to drive me crazy. She's changed tomorrow's hours again. Now it's 1-5... and the weekend receptionist is ill, so she asked if I could work at least one of the days. I said I could only work one of them, so now I'm working 10-3 on Sunday. Crap! I HATE working weekends.

You prolly won't be busy on Fri afternoon but I expect the weekends are filled with people wanting to look at houses.

Are you salaried or paid by the hour?

Left the house while it was dark.....got home in the dark. THATS BULLSHIT!

I ate sesame chicken at the mall food court today and I think I'm dying.

I was supposed to go to the rescheduled jewelry party tonight but cancelled due to severe abdominal pain.

I crawled out of bed long enough to play the trivia games (must stay ahead of narrator, lol) but I'm done for. If I live I'll see you all tomorrow.

Hourly, so that's at least a plus... but I still don't want to work weekends.
