| Ahhhh... back to walking in the morning after missing 5 days. It felt good. I actually fell asleep at 11 last night and slept until 4:30 - wow - a sleeping bonanza. I swear I saw ImShiny here... but no word from him. | |

| He played the triva game. I was going to walk at lunch but looks like I'm going to be working instead. My boss came by and helped me get everything up and running. And he dropped a deadline for a finished project on me of the 10th - TEN DAYS - to implement a finished workflow on a system I have not even trained on. I suspect that by the 10th both of us will know if I can handle this job. Gotta go. | |

| Yeah, I just popped in to see what was up and noticed the trivia game. I though, "Hey look! Something I can suck at!" Which I did. Then I went to bed. | |

| What a mockery of a day Mondays are. I may as well have not taken off Thurs and Fri.....cause all my crap was there when I got in this morning.....and I had to ride all day with someone. Needless to say, the shit is still sitting there, just where everyone piled it on my desk. | |

| I am glad it is almost over. I can put work work aside and start on the personal work now. Yahoo. | |

| You know, I may have been too pessimistic before. Things went very smoothly this afternoon and I covered a lot of ground. There is hope yet. We are just getting done with homework here, tho. And the diorama was turned over to Rob but he is leaving town tomorrow and won't be back before it is due on Friday. Only a portion of the Creek Indian village is built. Put it on top of the pile. | |

| I never understood those types of assignments. I was always the one that did 90 percent of the science projects and such for the kids. Don't teachers realize parents do most of the work? | |

| You are correct. Kid2's grade is having standardized testing this week. So early evening I get an email from the home room parent that the teacher wants healthy snacks brought in daily for all the kids. And guess who is on the list to bring cheese and crackers for the class tomorrow? Yep, lucky me! That's wonderful advance notice, isn't it. | |

| I'm glad things are going more smoothly for you, Sass. I told you so! I have to agree that it's ridiculous how little advance notice one receives sometimes on these school related requests. I hated when I'd get home late - maybe 10 at night - and have a note on my chair about how a kid was supposed to bring in something the next day that I had to bake. Even if I hadn't been working, it's kind of rude to expect someone to drop whatever plans they have at the last minute like that. | |
