It's tax free back-to-school weekend starting today here in Georgia so we are off to the mall.

I walked 3 miles and it's my day off from weights, thank God, as I am sore today. My pills came in and I took one over an hour ago. I haven't noticed any 'speeding' sensation that I used to get from OTC diet pills. I'm not feeling hungry but I wasn't before the pill either. I'm supposed to take two a day starting out so we'll see how the second goes.

Be careful with those things.....I once tried them, and had to pee about 30 times a day. I didn't get hungry, but geez....how many diet cokes can a man drink without getting caramalized inside?

I'm only drinking water these days so the more the better. I didn't really notice much difference yesterday with the pills. The dose is 3 pills 2X day but it recommends the first week doing 1 pill 2X day so that's what I'm doing.

Even if it's just a bunch of herbal hooey it has given me the placebo effect and motivated me to do all the things I know I have to do.
