Today the realtor comes to take pics of the house....it goes on the market next week. Hopefully, we will survive the ordeal.

I guess I missed where you told us where you're moving after you sell. Are you downsizing, upgrading, moving out of the area or a combination?

Too bad you're not listing with the office where I work. I make fancy fliers for our listings, and then the boss-lady calls me a genius.

Last night the four of us went out to eat at our favorite Mexican restaurant. It's been a long time since the four of us had dinner together, let alone go out together. So, I got this crazy idea to get a pitcher of strawberry margaritas for the girls and me. I suppose it wouldn't really be crazy, but none of us had ever had a strawberry margarita. I can't believe I paid $18 for a pitcher of something I could barely drink. Yes, I still don't care for tequila.

Sounds like a good time anyway. You should make it a regular thing while the girls are still at home.

I never was one for margaritas of any kind, too sour. I always went with the sunrise for sweetness. So far I'm still a teetotaler since 'the seabreeze incident'.
