| After what I've been through today, I am thoroughly convinced that HP is a totally evil corporation. Without going into the extremely boring details, I'll just say that after an hour talking with their representatives in Mexico (or was it South America?), and being told that they don't manufacture the paper we need for our brand new printer anymore, I was transferred to a company that supposedly had it (in Canada?) whose representative said they don't even sell paper and they don't know why HP keeps transferring those calls to them.  | |
