Sweet Bejeebus, I'm sweaty. I stepped up my walk this morning, trading in my set of two pound weights for my ancient DP 6.6 pound dumbbells - over 13 extra pounds and I felt it. Before the 1st block was up I was thinking my arms and moreso my hands were never gonna make it the 50 minutes it takes me to go 3 miles. But I did! I may not be able to use my hands tomorrow but I'm going to keep it up. Srew those $15 each 4 pound weights at WalMart!

Tonight Rob's band is going to play at open mike night at some bar I've never been to. I'm going as support groupie and will attempt to make some video. If it works I'll upload it to youtube and post. They'll just be doing covers and I'm not even sure what songs.

It's the last week before school starts and this week is already piled up with crap to do. I skipped the tax free weekend shopping we just had to avoid the crowds but I've got a school suppy list and a kid who wants her stuff NOW.

Lastly, some yoville etiquette advice requested. Some dude from MW just "kissed" me. I know that's one of the few limited options of interaction to choose so.....is that the norm? Am I expected to "kiss" back? I don't want to be considered a prude or a slut.

I know how you feel, I ran the 4 miles to the post office yesterday with a letter in my hand and the extra ounce on one side messed up my time and I ended up taking over 30 minutes, even though I was unencumbered on the trip back.

There is no reciprocity of action required that I am aware of, whether for the kiss or the fight or the dance or the joke. Like you said, there are only so many options and the dancing and jokes take so long to finish before you can move onto another visit elsewhere, that people may just choose the shorter kiss or fight for expediency sake alone, rather than their purpose being due to any overture of hostility or forlorn affection. I do try to limit the kiss to only certain YoVille friends though, just to avoid any misunderstandings or virtual punches in the face.

Show off! ~ running 8 miles in 30 minutes. My letter would have been all damp and crumpled even walking at my sedate 3 mph pace.

I still don't get yoville. I don't know if it's automated or it's people literally asking but NO, I don't have any gifts to give and NO, I have no message to send to someone I don't know beyond "hi" which has been exhausted. Getting punching in the face for robbing and stealing I get. Still makes me laugh.

I'm sorry, I meant 4 miles ROUND TRIP (2 there and 2 back, I don't think I could ever do a 3.75 minute mile once, much less four of them in a row), but thanks for giving me the benefit of plausibility.

I never talk to anyone there except my "crew" of friends and even then, it's not live, I just leave messages. I don't know what the allure of gift exchanges are and I see people asking to be "maxxed" but I have no idea what that's about either. I pretty much avoid strangers there, just like in real life.

Running is such a foreign concept to me that I never even considered speed ~ I'm just impressed with the running itself.

Update on the kissing - I see one of the IMs is something about a couch falling on my toe, do you want to kiss it better...so the kissing isn't necessarily or even prolly amorous. Good to know.

And thanks for all the radio show input, everyone. Now I'll either have to blow it off or do some actual info gathering.

He is also a somewhat popular game show reviewer on youtube and has voiced the main character in the English version of Broken Sword 2.5. He's doing some other voice work in some half life games. Who'd have thunk it?

O.M.G. After I went to all the trouble and emailed my beloved douche nozzle a whole host of nonsense he did THE ONE THING I had previously asked him not to do - play stupid audio from his drug adled votestanburdman channel. He is such a prick. I can't imagine why I think so highly of him.

Hahaha... oh those bad boys, they are so intriguing, aren't they? He wouldn't be nearly as interesting if not for the prickishness, I think.

I guess he has his moments, base, (or should I call you ballmom?) but I don't particularly feel the fanitude towards him that our ever-loyal Rose does. So no, I'm not he, I've just followed him from afar, like all of us, but I don't really know him.
