i had a business lunch today

i met with my friend who will possibly be my boss. i wanted to make sure we were on the same page about my "skill set" or lack thereof.

he continued to assure me that he was confident i could do the work and knew i would need training in almost every area. the trick is to pad my resume enough to get hiring me approved.

then we went over some of the stuff i'd be doing. it's a lot of knowledge and concept management software for one. are you familiar with any of that?

i will also most likely have to get security clearance since most of the work is gov't contracts. but that should be no problem.

the contract i'll be working under is for the airforce's v22 osprey. again, something i know NOTHING about, lol.

i don't know about being on 'the inside'. right now it feels more like being on the outside looking in clueless as to what the secret password is to gain entry.
