| There was this documentary on PBS a few weeks ago about what led to the stock market crash of '29 and the great depression.

| Oh, I meant neck high on a giraffe. It was late when I posted before and I was high on trivia excitement. Anyway, chances are good for a depression though I don't see bread lines and hobos riding the rails like in the 30s - resources are just more plentiful now. But by definition - Quote :

yeah, aren't we there already? I know economists have criteria to define recession and the numbers have to go down for so many months before it's officially declared a "recession" but I think we achieved that marker. | |
